Early Careers Teacher

Teaching Personnel are looking for Secondary Supply Teachers to work in schools across West Sussex and surrounding areas ready to start in the new academic year of 2023/2024.

This role suits experienced teachers that are looking for a more flexible lifestyle, whilst it also provides a great opportunity for Early Career Teachers to find out more about their local schools and gain valuable experiences in an education setting. 

Whether you are an NQT/ECT, or an experienced teacher, full-time or part-time. If you are either looking for day to day work to boost your experience or chose flexible working hours or are wanting something on a longer term or permanent basis.

The role can vary from school to school, but generally responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the classroom ready for a lesson.
• Delivering the pre-set work.
• Ensuring the class stays on task.
• Assisting any children who may require extra support.
• Clearing away at the end of a lesson.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
