Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong desire to make a positive impact on young minds? We are currently seeking a Year 1/2 Class Teacher to join our team at a primary school in Accrington. This exciting opportunity is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Fully Qualified Teachers, and it provides a chance to inspire and nurture the next generation of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Year 1/2 Class Teacher, you will:

- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of individual students.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social and emotional development of your students.

- Work collaboratively with other members of the teaching staff and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

- Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing them with regular updates on their child's progress.

Requirements:

We welcome applications from both ECTs and Fully Qualified Teachers. To be considered for this role, you should:

- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK or be an ECT in the process of obtaining it.

- Have a genuine passion for teaching and a strong commitment to the well-being and development of young children.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating, and inspiring learning environment for all students.

- Show adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic school setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
