Do you hold NQT/QTS and a secondary PGCE specialising in ICT?

Would you like to work in a new IT suite in a well achieving school in Cardiff?

Required after Easter, the school look to appoint a fully qualified ICT teacher to begin a role in their department on a contract that will take the successful candidate up until the end of the academic year.

The school was most recently rated by Estyn as "Good" with "Outstanding" leadership qualities throughout. The Head teacher has developed a culture of promoting from within and enabling CPD opportunities for staff. The school is centrally located in Cardiff and has easy transport links from the City Centre.

To be considered for the role, candidates must;

  • Hold QTS status / NQT's are welcome to apply
  • Have a degree specialising in ICT
  • Comfortable taking full Teaching responsibilities including Planning and Assessment

Have experience dealing with behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
