Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking for an IT graduate to work at a client school based in Newport. The school itself is a pupil referral unit that supports pupils of all ages with various challenging behaviour issues. You will be asked to work within small groups supporting and helping deliver IT lessons to a class at the school. There will be other experienced supporting staff available to help when needed. The candidate will be asked to help pupils meet their learning aims and objectives of that lesson. You will be asked to work within regular school hours of 8:30-3:30, we offer a competitive rate of pay ranging from £54.00-£60.00 a day based on experience. To be successful in this position you will need to have strong behaviour management skills and uphold excellent knowledge of Information Technology.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
