Here at teaching personnel, we are looking for a supportive, passionate, and caring Teaching Assistant to work within one of wonderful Primary Schools in Bournemouth.

What is involved in the role?

v  Working alongside the classroom teacher to help provide activities, lesson plans and working within small groups and 1:1 for the children who need the extra support.

v  Being able to support children in developing their knowledge and skills, this can we 1:1, within the whole class or smaller groups.

v  Being able to maintain passionate, professional, and enthusiastic within a team and individually whatever situation it maybe!

What do we require for the role?

v  A good knowledge of Early Years, KS1 and KS2 to help in all age ranges.

v  Having patience and knowledge is very important within the schools and always maintaining professional.

v  Providing effective and efficient feedback, to enable positive development.

v  Being able to work within a team and as a team.

v  Having a good understand of literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
