Intervention Teaching Assistant

A client school in Liverpool is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work across all year groups. You will be carrying out Math's and Literacy interventions in order to raise levels of progress and attainment. The school is a larger than average sized primary school and is Ofsted rated 'Good'.

Under the direction of the class teacher you will be working with the children who have been identified as needing extra class support and interventions. In the morning you will be working with small groups of lower ability children in EYFS and in the afternoons you will be working with children across KS2.

Requirements

  • Available on a long term/ full time basis.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
  • Works well working with children on a 1 to 1 and small group basis.
