Intervention Specialist Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a teaching assistant who specialises in behavioural intervention.

The job role:

  • Support children 1:1 who struggle with behaviour in school
  • Act as a mentor/positive role model as well as a teaching assistant
  • Intervene early – help to avoid permanent and fixed term exclusions
  • Full time, Monday to Friday, term time only
  • Locations: Redruth
  • GBP60/day (we are a PAYE company)

You will have the opportunity to work with different children on rotation, which means you could visit multiple schools within a week. You will receive support from both TP and the school and have the opportunity to gain permanent employment through this.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
