Intervention Teachers Needed for Primary Schools-Oldham

Teaching Personnel are currently in a position to take on an additional number of Intervention teachers to work in several Primary schools in the Oldham and Tameside area.

We have both full time and part time roles.

Job description

We are partnered with a number of schools across the Oldham and Tameside areas. These primary schools are looking to hire Intervention Teachers immediately, to work across their KS2 and/or KS1 classes.

It will be a flexible non class based position where you will be able to focus entirely on improving the levels of Literacy & Numeracy with pupils.

Candidates with the following are more likely to be shortlisted:

  • QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
  • Experience Teaching KS1 and/or KS1 students and supporting with SAT's preparation
  • Bubbly personality and someone who is happy to go the extra mile.
    • Is available on a long term/ full time basis

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
