Inclusion Manager

Location: Barnet

Start Date: September 2018

Contract type: Permanent

Contract term: Full or Part- time

Salary: M1 - M2 (Outer London)

A three form entry school in Barnet are currently looking for an experienced teacher or existing inclusion manager to join a progressive senior leadership team. Due to the promotion of the previous inclusion manager to Assistant Headteacher; the school are seeking for a candidate who will just be able to step into the role and improve upon existing practises. The ethos of the school is to provide stability to all students with a focus on developing character, a desire to learn and social responsibility.

The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher who has at least 3 years experience of teaching who has also taken on additional responsibilities in their existing role. On occasion the Head will require for the inclusion manager to cover classes for absences or PPA time but it is limited to 2 days a week at a push.

What the school are looking for?

  • Qualified Teaching Status
  • Teaching experience or 3 years
  • Teaching with additional responsibilities for at least a year
  • Valid DBS certificate
  • Good/Excellent References

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
