Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, team player, who will join our partner schools inclusion centre in March 2019.

• Full-time, term time only
• Competitive rates of pay, earn up to £1300 per month

Due to staffing restructure, Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a hard-working and committed inclusions centre assistant to join our partner schools inclusion team. Duties of this role will be to provide support the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning. The successful applicant will support students in our partner schools inclusion unit and will lead small group or individual educational sessions, ensuring that individuals receive the required provision and required support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working. The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about inclusion
• Have significant and successful experience of working with children with challenging behaviour in an education and/or social care setting
• Be able to establish excellent relationships with pupils
• Possess excellent classroom management skills

Our client school is the local secondary provider of choice at the heart of our community and has been on an amazing journey to improve education for all of their students and have transformed the Academy. In September 2010 the Academy moved into a £20 million state-of-the-art building and to accommodate a growing student population we have expanded further with a £10 million project, which concluded in October 2018.

The school is located near to Baguley and Timperley, a short drive from exit 4 on the M56 and easily accessible via the Manchester Airport Metro links from the city centre and public bus routes. The school also has a large free car park for all staff members.
