Our client school in the Rhondda Cynon Taff LEA is currently looking for an ICT teacher to fill a vacancy within their department. This position will be starting after Christmas continuing to the end of the academic year. The school have made it clear that they will accept applications from NQT's as well as more experienced Teachers of ICT.
In this role you will be expected to teaching across both key stages 3&4 and supporting students in preparation for their upcoming GCSEs. As a teacher of IT you will be supported by an experienced head of department and work alongside them ensuring students are achieving their expected progress levels.
As an IT teacher you will be expected to have;
- QTS or Newly Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching IT and computing up to KS4
- A fully enhanced DBS and suitable teaching references
- The ability to manage challenging behaviour
- Skills to enable you to Teach ICT to mixed abilities
The successful ICT Teacher will receive;

- Introduction into School for interview/trial day
