I am recruiting ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) and Computer Science Teachers for a potential position starting in January 2020 until the end of the academic year. Are you an ICT Teacher looking for a new challenge in January 2020? This could be the perfect role for you!

A client Secondary School has started their search for an ICT Teacher to join their ICT department in the new year. If you are an ICT and Computing teacher, please keep reading.

The role involves teaching ICT to KS3-KS4 classes (key stage 3, key stage 4), including GCSE classes, in a coastal school of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Teaching the national curriculum, you will need to plan lessons in line with the national objectives and must keep up to date with developments in your subject area. You will be required to attend parents evenings, as well as participating in the training sessions with the school. Ideally, you will also be able to teach Business Studies to GCSE.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Subject Specialism: ICT and Computing (with Business Studies)
  • Proven experience teaching the secondary curriculum
  • A Valid Enhanced Child Only DBS registered with the Update Service (Teaching Personnel can offer support in your application)
  • Available full-time

Teaching Personnel is able to offer competitive rates on pay, in line with the role the school is offering and with your experience. You can expect to be paid weekly on PAYE.
