Humanities Teacher - Luton

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Humanities Teacher for successful secondary schools in the Luton area. This academic year has shown a large increase in demand for teachers of all the Humanities subjects for both long term supply and permanent positions. With the new academic year soon to approach, I am working on behalf of the Secondary schools I represent in the area to recruit eager and knowledgeable teachers ready for the new academic year.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience teaching the subject, with the ability to motivate students and progress them towards their targeted results.

In order to be considered for this role, the Humanities Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience teaching the UK, or an equivalent, curriculum
  • NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply
  • Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police check
