Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a teacher of Humanities to join our client school from April 2019.
- Full-time, term time only
- April 2019 start date - earlier for the ideal candidate
- Highly reputable independent Grammar School in South Manchester
- Small class sizes of around 15 students per class
- Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (£23,720 - £39,406)
We are looking for a qualified teacher of Humanities (Geography and History) to join our successful client school in South Manchester from April 2019. The successful teacher will join an energetic and caring department and will be required to teach Geography and History classes at KS3 and KS4 maintaining the high standard of this successful department. The school would also consider teachers who are able to deliver just one of these subjects.
This post is open to both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers.
Our client school is an independent Grammar School for 150 pupils aged 11-16. Although comprehensive in intake, its results are exceptionally high. In the GCSE Performance tables, the school features consistently amongst the highest performing schools in Manchester. With small class sizes of around 15 students, teachers have the opportunity to enable each boy to reach his full potential.
Situated in South Manchester, our client school is located a short drive from Princess Road and is easily accessible via public transport links from the city centre. The school also has parking available for all staff members.
