Humanities Teacher

Job description

Teaching Personnel have just secured a new contract with a great school in East Cornwall to supply all staff for the cover needs within school.

This means we urgently require teachers who would like to be part of the regular supply pool for this school.

You will be either a fully qualified or newly qualified teacher who is looking for a flexible timetable in a great school.

You will be required to deliver work that has been set by the permanent class teacher and keep the children on task to achieve the lesson objective. As this is cover work, you may be covering outside of your specialism, so you will need to have a flexible approach and be happy and confident in your classroom management.

You would have complete control over your diary, letting us know when you are free for work, with no work to take home at night!

We offer great daily rates of pay, access to our CPD training academy and frequent work at great schools!

If you would like to join the pool of prioritised staff for our partner client, please send your CV as soon as possible

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
