Humanities Teacher

Job description

Our client Secondary school have an open vacancy within their Humanities department for a teacher to join them from Easter or sooner if possible. Due to the emerging gap within the faculty, this position will be temporary until the end of the academic year with the opportunity to secure a permanent position from September 2018.

The school wish to appoint a teacher with experience teaching Geography and History to Key Stage Three level. There will be elements of Key Stage Four teaching within the successful teachers' subject specialism.

  • Full time Humanities teaching position, Easter start or sooner if possible.
  • Predominantly Key Stage Three teaching with elements of Key Stage Four
  • Large Ofsted graded 'Good' Secondary school with 'Outstanding' behaviour management
  • Pay in line with teaching scale point (£22,917 - £38,633 per annum)
  • Located near to Uppermill, accessible via the A670
