Humanities Teacher or Humanities NQT - Doncaster - February 2018
Due to a gap in the department we are actively searching for a Humanities Teacher or strong Humanities NQT to start a full time position at February. The successful applicant will have experience teaching Humanities to both KS3 and GCSE level and have a passion for teaching and increasing confidence of pupils through inspiring lesson plans.
- Full time position teaching Humanities to KS3 and KS4 - February 2018
- Pay in line with scale point (£22917 - £38,633)
- Working at modern school in Doncaster with state of the art facilities
The successful candidate will either be a strong Humanities Teacher with experience teaching History or Geography to KS3 and KS4 level, or alternatively applications from Humanities NQT's would be considered if they show the determination and potential to become outstanding Humanities Teachers in the future. The role would involve working with a wide variety of age groups so the Humanities teacher must be adaptable in their approach to teaching in an aim to raise attainment across all age groups in the school.
Our client school is a large modern Secondary School in Doncaster. There has recently been a massive multimillion pound refurbishment within the school, which is reflected in the improvements made in the school. With state of the art facilities and a strong supportive Humanities department this is a perfect opportunity for Humanities NQT's seeking their first position, or for a more experience Teacher of Humanities looking for a new challenge in February.
If this position is of interest to you or you would like to hear of other opportunities in the Doncaster area then call us at the Doncaster Secondary branch of Teaching Personnel today. Alternatively reply to this advert with a copy of your CV and cover letter to request a call back about this position.
