Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the teaching and learning process, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons. Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons across various subjects and age groups.
• Lead small group activities and interventions to support students' learning and development.
• Provide one-to-one support for students who require additional assistance, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting positive behavior and well-being among students.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic development of all students.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Hold a relevant qualification or be willing to work towards one (e.g., HLTA status, CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude towards supporting the diverse needs of students.
