Are you a History trained teacher (or experienced teacher) with experience teaching Religious Education looking for full time work in Liverpool?

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a secondary school in Liverpool who have a temporary need for a History teacher with RE on a long term basis.

You'll be required to start from mid April, working full time within the schools History department and would be covering a long term sickness. The timetable consists of KS3 and GCSE History teaching (with some Religious Education), previous experience is required for any interested applicants. You may on occasion be asked to cover other lessons within the department; planning and set work will be provided along with the department's full support.

The school is a mixed secondary working with pupils ages 11-18, due to facilities and a popular department, History is a subject with good pupil interest, the school are happy to consider all experience levels from interested History teachers, full support provided for newly qualified teachers.

- History teacher (with some Religious Education), full time position after half term

- Supportive department with excellent facilities

- Long term supply position, salary negotiable (dependant on experience)

- School situated in South Liverpool

- Easy access via car or public transport (not far from the M57)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
