Humanities Teacher- Stockton (History Specialist)

Teaching Personnel are the leading recruitment agency for Education, covering England and Wales and we have a number of partnerships with schools in Teesside. We are working on behalf of a popular secondary school in Stockton to secure a humanities teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and teach up to KS4. The post is ongoing and due to start in September.


  • Delivery of the History curriculum to KS3 & KS4 with additional teaching across KS3 in other humanities subjects
  • Required for a September 2018 start
  • Opportunity for full time or part time work

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Teacher of humanities with a History specialism
  • Ability to teach history to KS3
  • Proven ability to differentiate content suitably and raise attainment
  • Delivers creative lessons
  • Contributes to wider school life

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
