"We require a History teacher to join our thriving Humanities department for half a term - 1 term starting on Monday 3rd September 2018 at the beginning of the new academic year. This is an exciting time for our school and Humanities department as we are growing consistently and have a great worth ethic and feel within our school. Our client secondary school situated in the Tameside area is looking to recruit a motivated and confident History teacher starting at the beginning of the new academic year. This is a full time teaching position for half a term or a term in the first instance. This is to cover a planned upcoming long term absence within the department.

As advised by the Head of Humanities, the school require a good teacher to join this good school and ensure learning is of the highest standard as the school starts the academic year off. The teacher of History can be a NQT, fully qualified teacher or an existing supply teacher with the ability and experience in teaching History.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
