History Teacher

I am looking for a Teacher of History to join my client school in York from Easter 2018 on a full time basis. The school is looking at appointing somebody on a permanent basis from September 2018, therefore there is opportunity for a permanent role opening for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant degree and teaching qualification
• Effective behaviour management strategies
• Consistent career history
• Proof of "Good" or "Outstanding" teaching practice
• Experience to work in a secondary setting in the UK

The salary will be reflective of your current pay-scale, with opportunities to earn up to £160/£170 per day.

My client school is a mixed 11-16 school serving a genuinely comprehensive intake, they take pride in their commitment to making a difference to the life chances of all of their students.
