Teaching Personnel are seeking a History Teacher, who has years of experience teaching History to secondary school students, who is looking for an exciting new opportunity this September. The History Teacher role is located in Macclesfield in our client's secondary school. As a History Teacher you will be teaching students, with a range of different academic abilities, from top to bottom set. With the opportunity to support educational trips in the UK and abroad, this is a great school and History department for a passionate History Teacher to tech at.

• History Teacher, teaching the AQA Curriculum
• Starting in September for the new academic year
• Locate in the South of Manchester in Macclesfield
• Teaching in an Ofsted rated 'Good' secondary school
• Paid on a weekly basis through our PAYE scheme (£23,720-£39,406)

With the new academic year approaching, the head of the History department at our client's secondary school is looking to fill an open vacancy. They are seeking a History teacher, who has previous experience teaching History to secondary school students, with a confident approach to teaching.

Head of the History Department-

"The ideal History Teacher we are looking for, will have experience teaching History to secondary school students, can produce fun and interactive lesson plans to engage all the students, has a confident classroom presence and is available to teach History full time in September"

The high achieving, Ofsted rated 'Good' secondary school is located in Macclesfield, just off the A523, close to many public transport links making it easy to access the school from Manchester Piccadilly. The History department has recently had a refurbishment, with high quality modern equipment, creating an excellent learning environment for the students to achieve their max potential in History. Every academic year the History department runs an educational trip abroad, to a country that links to what the students have been learning, this will give the successful History Teacher the opportunity to organise an education trip abroad for the students.
