History Teacher - Rotherham

Teacher of History required for a large Rotherham Secondary school from February Half term. This position will predominantly include teaching History to KS3 and KS4, with a small part of the timetable taken up by teaching KS3 Geography and Religious Education.

Located in the North of Rotherham, our partner Secondary school has a high achieving Humanities department, and consistently achieve GCSE results above the national average. The appointed History Teacher will be expected to plan and mark work to ensure the high standards are kept within the department.

This position is initially being offered on a Full Time temporary basis from February Half term, until the end of the academic year. The successful Teacher of History will also have the opportunity to progress onto a longer term post in September 2017.

Our partner school, rated ‘Good’ in their most recent OFSTED inspection, is located in the North of Rotherham and has great public transportation links from both Sheffield and Barnsley.
