Teacher of History required September 2016

A Church of England Academy are currently recruiting a full time History teacher to support the department. Teaching this subject across the whole school, up to GCSE level, you will be required to prepare lessons and differentiate work where appropriate. Marking course work and assessments will also be part of a typical week, and you will find colleagues in the whole school, enthusiastic and supportive. The pupils have high expectations and are actively encouraged, with the support of all the staff in school, to strive towards achieving the best possible results.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
