- History Teacher to work in an Outstanding School in Bourne
- Teaching Personnel provide you with your own personnel consultant, seeking work on your behalf
- Excellent rates of pay between £140 - £170 criteria depending*
We are working with the Outstanding Bourne Academy who requires a Teacher of History to start ASAP. The position will run until the end of the academic year. You’ll be a fully qualified History specialist with the ability to deliver the subject at KS3, KS4.
Bourne Academy is proud of the excellent and considerate behavior of students in

structure, involving a house and ‘half-vertical’ tutoring system, promotes a positive,

The school has a multi-pathway curriculum at all key stages that ensures all students
are able to achieve their potential, regardless of their ability on entry to the school.
Academic rigour is valued at all stages and students are grouped according to ability
in the core subjects from Year 7.
The focus in the classroom is on ‘active learning’, with students’ participating in a
range of activities designed to promote their interest and engagement, so that they
make good or outstanding progress in lessons and over time. The school’s formative
assessment and marking system supports students’ ‘learning journey’ and informs
them what they need to do next to improve.
