History NQT Required

History NQT needed for September start in Trafford secondary school.

A well rated Trafford based secondary academy are seeking to bring on an History NQT with the role commencing from September 2021. The role will be full time for the academic year with the opportunity attached to become permanent.

The successful candidate will work to a timetable teaching History to years 7-11. The school are looking for enthusiastic and committed English NQT’s who may have recently completed teacher training and are looking to take the final step to becoming a Fully Qualified Teacher.

Candidate requirements:

  • History NQT with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Committed to completing NQT year from September 2021
  • Placement based references with no safeguarding or disciplinary concerns attached
  • Child workforce DBS certificate on the update service/ eligibility to apply

The school itself is located in Trafford is currently an Ofsted ‘Good’ provider. They are looking for driven, enthusiastic and determined NQT’s to help push the school to the next level of achievement. Due to its location, this opportunity is ideal for candidates local to Stretford, Urmston, Altrincham, Sale, Salford and the surrounding areas.
