Job description

We would like to recruit a Higher Learning Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and hardworking Reception team at a primary school in Northampton.

We are looking for:

  • A warm and friendly person who truly puts children first
  • Someone with professional experience of working with children, together
  • A vibrant, well-resourced learning environment with high quality ICT.
  • An excellent communicator,
  • A team player, who is also able to work individually.
  • Have at least GCSE Grade C in English and Maths. Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline is desirable as well as completion of HLTA qualification or teaching qualification/ graduate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
