Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced HLTA to support in a KS1 setting in one of our "good" schools. The position is initially for one school term, with the potential for it to go long term for the right HLTA.

The ideal candidate would have prior experience in assisting with the delivery of inspiring and motivational lessons to aid children's' learning, and be confident in classroom management. The role may also include the expectation of the HLTA to deliver lessons to meet the objective set by the class teacher. The HLTA would have a great knowledge of key interventions and be able to support students on both a 1:1 and group basis.

Teaching Personnel are seeking:

  • An experienced, passionate HLTA
  • A HLTA with experience in behaviour management
  • A HLTA with experience supporting in a KS1 setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
