Person Specification
Teaching Personnel is working on behalf of a Client provision to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for supply work. Teaching Personnel is interested in employing graduates who have a genuine interest in working in Special Needs and Behaviour, or a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is confident to manage classroom behaviour. This is a great opportunity for someone considering a teaching career in the near future. You should have the skills to communicate clearly and effectively. 

In this HLTA position you will be supporting across the entire Secondary phase and you will be teaching and supporting within a dynamic environment. In general, you will be delivering lessons on a day-to-day basis, with the full support and help from permanent staff. Day-to-day, you will be listening to the advice of other staff, who will lead your development throughout your time there and work hard to help you progress.

Found in Selby, provides education for young people who are unable to access mainstream education, or require a more in-formal learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
