Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school in Wigan who wishes to appoint a highly experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their strong Learning Support department on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

• Full-time HLTA role - Required to start from Easter 2019
• Competitive pay rate - Monthly earnings of up to £1350 per month
• Temporary position in the first instance with opportunity to earn a permanent contract
• Working within a supportive Wigan based secondary school

The role of a HLTA will include providing in-class support along with planning and delivering Learning Support lessons to identified students within the school.

The successful candidate will need to have a HLTA qualification with good verbal and written communication skills and be confident in liaising with parents, staff and external professionals.
