HI Learning Support Assistant with BSL Level 2/3 required for a Primary school in Warwick

Teaching Personnel LTD are looking for a British Sign Language (BSL) qualified Teaching Assistant who has experience of working with hearing impaired (HI) children, to work in a mainstream school in the Guys Cliffe area of Warwick

The working days are flexible, on a part or full-time basis. You will predominantly be required to work on a one to one basis with a hearing impaired child, however may sometimes need to support groups of children. Experience of Read/Write, catch up numeracy & literacy training would be beneficial but not essential.

As well as being BSL trained, you will need to have a passion for education, and working with children. You will be part of a dedicated team aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes for the child being supported.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
