Are you a qualified Teacher of the Deaf?

  • Long term placement with potential to go permanent
  • Working within supportive team in a state of the art resource
  • Minimum of British Sign Language Level 2

Teaching Personnel currently require a qualified Teacher of the Deaf to work within a state of the art resource within the Hull area. You will be responsible for providing support for students with a variety of Hearing Impairments across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Teacher of the Deaf with relevant experience of working with pupils with Hearing Impairments, in addition to having British Sign Language Level 2 or above. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
