Are you a Health & Social Care Teacher? Are you looking for a new role? Do you have experience of working with Post 16? We have the perfect role for you.

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Health & Social Care teacher for an alternative College in Lincoln. If successful, the role may become a permanent position, working directly through the school.



An ideal candidate will have:

-Experience of teaching Health & Social Care

-Excellent behaviour management skills

-A nurturing approach

- Cert Ed

The school caters for students with Moderate Learning Difficulties and Social Emotional Mental Health. It is a small alternative provision which currently holds around 30 students on a full timetable. The timetable compromises of Functional Skills, GCSE re takes and Vocational courses such as Health and Social Care and Child Care.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
