Head of Spanish Teacher– Ilford, Greater London – September 2020 Start

HEAD OF SPANISH Teacher - The School (Ilford, Essex)

An exciting opportunity for a Head of Spanish has come up from a school in the Ilford area.  The School has received a “GOOD” rating from Ofsted and has produced some fantastic GCSE and A level results – far above the national average. The School prides themselves with values; Personal Excellence, Respect, Friendship, Inspiration, Determination, Courage and Equality. The School has an effective behaviour policy, rewarding good behaviour weekly, monthly and yearly. They are seeking a Head of Spanish Teacher to begin working from September 2020 – interviews to take place online.

This will be a permanent Head of Spanish Teacher until the end of the academic year and then you will go onto a permanent contract from September 2020. The school is easily accessible via London Underground Lines, DLR and major bus routes. Breakdown below;

HEAD OF SPANISH Teacher:
The Role

This role is for a full time Head of Spanish to work 5 days a week beginning in September 2020 or sooner. The ideal Head of Spanish will have the below qualifications and experience;

HEAD OF SPANISH Teacher:
Requirements

  • Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE).
  • Degree or other qualification in Spanish.
  • Have experience as a Head of Spanish Teacher or good experience as a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
