I m working alongside an Ofsted graded 'Good' school in Saffron Walden, Essex, who will be actively looking for Graduates to work at their school as Cover Supervisors, covering lessons across departments to an A Level Standard

The school in Saffron Walden, Essex, is a large establishment, with state of the art facilities, to ensure that their students are offered a high standard of learning. They are looking for an equally willing Graduate to join their nurturing team from September on either a full-time/part-time or day to day basis

What I am looking for in a Cover Supervisor:

• Graduate who MUST have a Degree or have finished and awaiting graduation ceremony.
• Be resilient and able to cover a lesson to an average class of 30-32 - work is pre-planned
• Be comfortable covering a class outside of your specialism - no additional experience is required
• Be able to manage a class, and be confident following the instructions provided and ensure students are on task
• To follow the school's behaviour management policy
