** Are you due to graduate at Easter and looking for an exciting new role?**

I am currently recruiting for positions for graduate Teaching Assistants to commence after Easter and in September. If you are due to graduate at Easter/ summer and would like an exciting opportunity to work within Schools and Specialist Provisions this could be the ideal role for you.

For this particular role it would be ideal for graduates to have experience working with children or young people with SEN or individuals who display signs of challenging behaviour. It would be preferable for graduates to have school based experience, however this is not essential as long as you can demonstrate a clear passion for supporting pupils in reaching their full potential.

To be considered for the Teaching Assistants roles it would be ideal to have the following:

- A degree related to children and young people

- Experience working with children and young people in any capacity

- A willingness to learn

- A commitment to supporting pupils with SEN

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
