A Roman Catholic School in South Manchester, WythenshaweWythenshawe is looking for a graduate Teaching Assistant to begin work on a full time basis in September at the start of the next academic year. The role they are recruiting for would be in KS1KS1 and would be a general TA role.

The 1 form entry Primary School in WythenshaweWythenshawe is actively recruiting for after the October half term. Currently graded "good" in their most recent OfstedOfsted report earlier this calendar year the school is a great place to work in. with an excellent leadership team and a staff team that are extremely supportive and encouraging this would be an ideal place for a graduate to work going into their first full time TA position. The school is looking for someone they can mould into the way they do things and offer them the best support in terms of progression and professional development.

The role will be in KS1KS1 where the candidate will be utilised across both Year 1 & Year 2 in order to gain experience and offer support to the pupils in the best way possible. The role will involve supporting the class teacher as well as taking small intervention groups of around 5/6 pupils for Maths, Reading and Writing. The candidate will have to be familiar with Phonics and comfortable enough to teach small groups.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
