Are you a recent graduate who is looking to work with young people who are disengaged from education or have special educational needs? Manchester's SEN desk at Teaching Personnel work closely with a high percentage of specialist schools and alternative provisions across Greater Manchester. These schools require enthusiastic and committed graduates to take on the role of a teaching assistant in their setting.

Whatever your preference, be it working with young people with special needs or young people with challenging behaviours, we work with a school that would suit you. We are looking for staff who are available for supply work as well as long term roles across these schools so individuals who are flexible, eager and are looking to build experience would be ideal!
