Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Salford based RC faith Secondary school who wish to appoint an enthusiastic Graduate level Teaching Assistant to work within their support provision from November 2018, till the end of the academic year.

• Opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience within an Ofsted rated 'Good' Secondary school.
• Must hold a minimum of a Degree level qualification to be considered for this position. Prior experience working with young people will be highly beneficial.
• Earn up to £1200 per month.

This RC Secondary school specialises in the provision of pupils from a range of different backgrounds and all levels of learning, therefore, flexibility to adapt to each individual pupil is essential. The responsibilities for the Graduate Teaching Assistant will include the following;

• Working 1:1 with pupils, small groups and alongside the class teacher across Key stages 3/4.
• General cover responsibilities will also apply where required, with full support, in the absence of the class teacher.
• Promote the school ethos, vision and values in line with Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies.

Located just outside of Swinton, Salford, the school can easily be accessed via the A580 (East Lancashire Road) as well as the surrounding areas; Bury, Bolton and Trafford. There are also various public transport links across Salford with links throughout Greater Manchester.
