Graduate teaching assistant

Modern secondary school/sixth form in Manchester have a temporary on-going position for a graduate teaching assistant starting after February half term. Teaching Personnel work in partnership with this school to help aid their recruitment needs and supply staff requirements, due to additional funding and changes to their support staff team, a full time position has become available for a graduate to work as a teaching assistant for the rest of this academic year.

***Working full time as classroom teaching assistant and some cover supervisor

***Earn up to £65 per day (Mon-Friday) on a full time basis

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern school roughly 10 minutes away from central Manchester, easily accessible via public transport. Due to the schools desire to provide selected students with further support, to raise exam results and be more inclusive, this position as a Graduate teaching assistant has become available for a talented individual on a full time basis. You will work alongside teachers, provide classroom support during lessons and also lead groups of children on a 1:1 individual basis in specific areas of the curriculum they require extra help, possibly English Maths and Science as key subjects.
