Job description

We are currently looking for Strong Graduate that will like to become a Teaching Assistant, with future aspects of becoming a fully Qualified Teacher.

The potential graduate will be placed in one of our located Primary Schools in Hammersmith but will need to be flexible in working in schools across the Hammersmith and Fulham Borough. The role requires working for Early Years, KS1 & KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working within the School environment.

The role involves working with students on a 1:1 or small group basis. As a Teaching Assistant you will be helping the class teacher motivate and support the development of children, making this a incredibly rewarding role. The Teaching Assistant hired will need to act on their own initiative as well as be willing to follow instruction.

Role Requirements/ Qualification:

  • Experience of working with children
  • Graduate 2:2 at least
  • Ability to build good relationships with children, teachers and parents
  • A caring and understanding nature

Additional consideration

  • CACHE Level 1,2 or 3
  • 1 Year+ working in a school
  • Any relating qualification

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
