Graduate Teaching Assistant - Bury

Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Graduates eager to support pupils with a focus on becoming a future teacher.

The future teachers programme is scheme running throughout England and Wales, designed to support graduates who are considering going into Teaching with paid school based experience prior to starting a teacher training course.

Graduate teaching assistant - The Role:

  • Support Teachers and pupil's in the classroom
  • KS1/KS2 support across all subjects
  • SEN 1:1 support
  • Get involved with all areas including after school clubs and sports clubs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and students
  • 5 days a week or on a part time basis.


  • Temporary to permanent position's
  • Competitive pay package starting from £300 - £350 per week (depending on experience)
  • Dedicated consultant who deals with each borough so you are guaranteed a bespoke service
  • Mobile app and online access monitor your diary and control when you work.

This role offers a brilliant opportunity to the successful candidate. We are currently looking for a number of quality schools! Teaching personnel offer excellent CPD and this type of role would support your future PGCE application.

This is the perfect position for creative new Graduates wanting to progress their career with teaching and get an understanding of the role.
