Graduate Teaching Assistants - Future Teachers Programme- Trafford, Sale, Stretford, Altrincham and Urmston

Are you a recent graduate who is looking to pursue a career in education? Are you looking to build up your experience within a Primary school as Teaching Assistant? Teaching Personnel work with a number of schools across the Trafford area that help support graduates and give them vital school based experience before looking to complete their PGCE.

Overview

  • Full time Graduate teaching assistant roles for the academic year - Followed by introduction to a SCITT programme at an Outstanding training school
  • Over 20 places available across Sale, Stretford, Altrincham and Urmston
  • Paid GBP290 - GBP330 per week whilst gaining valuable experience as a Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities within the graduate teaching assistant role include providing

  • One to one booster sessions/interventions where you will help to raise pupil attainment
  • SEN support where you can work alongside pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • In-class support to enhance pupils learning experience
  • Assistance with planning and preparation of lessons alongside teachers to you in this area
