Graduate Teaching Assistant

North Manchester based Secondary School are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team of support staff. Are you a core subject graduate who aims to expand your experiences within a ‘Good’ Secondary School? Could you use your subject knowledge to support and guide pupils who require additional assistance during lessons? If you wish to pursue a career within the educational field, this role may be perfect for you.

Our partner Secondary School require graduates of core subjects to support pupils across Key Stage Three and Four during their lessons. The purpose of this is to ensure that each student can raise their attainment and feel confident in their studies.

• GBP60 - GBP75 per day depending on previous experiences
• Full support and guidance from the support staff team

The large Secondary School have an ethos based around ensuring that each pupil has the ability to excel in all aspects of life, both personally and professionally. If you are considering a permanent role within the educational field, or are considering completing a PGCE application in the near future, this opportunity would enhance your chances of securing a position. The graduate TA role is currently being offered on a full time temporary basis, initially for one term – whilst the new Year 7 intake settle in. There is an opportunity for a longer term post for the successful graduate, depending on the needs of the setting.
