Graduate Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel wish to hear from graduates who are looking to gain paid experience in a secondary school setting for the remainder of this academic year. Graduates interested will have the opportunity to positions that are available on a full-time, part-time and flexible basis within a number of our key partner secondary schools based in the Horwich area of Bolton.

Roles currently available;

  • Teaching Assistant - Learning Support, Behaviour Support, SEN Support
  • Cover Supervising - Providing lesson cover in the absence of a class teacher
  • Tuition and Intervention - Supporting students on the lead up to GCSE exams

Applicants applying for the Graduate Teaching Assistant positions will have the opportunity to gain invaluable secondary school based experience within a supportive secondary school in their locality. Previous experience working with young people within an education setting is desirable but not essential. During your time working for Teaching Personnel any incoming applicants will have guaranteed access to flexible yet regular work as well as CPD and training sessions that are ran directly through ourselves and our partner secondary schools.

In order to find work immediately through ourselves incoming applicant are requested to hold or apply for a DBS certificate that is registered to the update service and be able to provide referee contact details from recent employment.
