Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Graduates for a number of Teaching Assistant positions that are exclusively available to graduates this academic year.

Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Both full-time and part-time Graduate Teaching Assistant positions available
  • Required to start immediately with positions running until the end of the academic year
  • You can expect to earn between £1000-£1200 a month whilst gaining key experience
  • You will be working within schools that are committed to your development as a teacher

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be able to gain key experience providing cover within the classroom with support from senior member of staff, perfect preparations if you wish to complete a teacher training course in the future.

Graduate Teaching Assistants play a key role within a number of our key client schools as they ensure that lessons operate smoothly, work closely with the students and then also provide cover in the absence of the main classroom teacher.

There will be times throughout the school year where you will be able to lead intervention sessions to students within your specialist subject, working with small groups and students on a 1:1 basis providing tuition in order to raise attainment.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
