Are you a Graduate looking to pursue a PGCE next September?

Are you looking for further experience working within a secondary school where you can lead lessons and build on classroom management?

Our client secondary school in the South Lincolnshire area is looking for a confident, pro-active Graduate to join them at the earliest convenience to work as a Cover Supervisor on a long term, full time basis. It is essential that the successful Graduate has some experience working with young people aged 11-16, and can engage students to stay on task during lessons.

The role of the Cover Supervisor is to deliver pre-set work and activities to students in the absence of the class teacher. There will not be expectations to plan and mark work, but the successful Cover Supervisor will be expected to work across all departments and age groups (Year 7 - Year 11).
