Full time - Long term - BS3, Bristol
We are working with a fantastic primary school in the BS3 area that is looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full time, long term basis.
This is a warm, welcoming school with a supportive staff team and a real community feel. The setting is collaborative and friendly, and the leadership team is committed to staff wellbeing and professional development.

The role
- Full time Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Starting September, with opportunities to start now
- Long term position with the potential to continue
- Supporting teaching and learning across the school
- Working with small groups and 1:1 where needed
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
About you
- A graduate with a degree in a relevant subject such as Early Childhood Studies, Psychology, Education Studies, Child Development, Sociology, or similar
- Passionate about working with children and supporting their learning
- Some experience working with children (this could be through placements, volunteering or paid roles)
- Confident supporting learning and adapting to different needs
- Reliable, positive and committed to making a difference for children
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
