About the School

A superb school in a quiet, safe and leafy area in North London with fantastic facilities is looking for graduate teachers for the core subjects (English, Maths and Science). The school is centred on serving the Orthodox Jewish Community and aims to help students become successful in the real world whilst upholding the values enshrined in the Torah.

The school emphasis equal importance and opportunity to thrive on religious subjects as they do secular. A broad and comprehensive curriculum means the teachers have to have a multitude of talents and experience; working with SEN children, ability to speak Hebrew and any other languages would be welcome. About the role

Graduate Teachers

Ages 5-16 (KS1-5)

5 days a week

Temporary role with the possibility to take a permanent role

Creating engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Incoming teachers will be expect to participate with the religious activities of the school and assist with SEN students.

There will be an expectation to create lesson plans and mark the student's work, ideally will be able to speak Hebrew.

Location

Is the school near Mill Hill and ideally the candidate would be able to drive or be willing to commute on the bus or underground to Colindale (30 min walk).

Requirements

A UK recognised teaching qualification (BA QTS, BSc QTS, CERT ED, PGCE)

Experience teaching core subjects at primary or secondary school (from KS1-KS5)

Experience working with SEN students

Ability to speak Hebrew and any other languages if possible

A firm and energetic attitude

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
